By accessing or using the services provided by ArchiTech X ("we," "our," or "us") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
ArchiTech X provides custom software development, consulting, and systems integration services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.
Clients must provide accurate and timely information, feedback, and access to necessary systems or data as required for the successful completion of the services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom software and deliverables created specifically for the client shall become the property of the client upon full payment. ArchiTech X retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, or methodologies used in the delivery of services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArchiTech X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms specified in the individual project contract. The client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ArchiTech X is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
